The poet Fiona Owen and I have together made two collections of poemcards (my images, Fiona's poems). Cinnamon Press will be using a painting of mine as the cover of a forthcoming book of poems co-written by Meredith Andrea and Fiona (due to be published in 2013).

Fiona invited me to have a 'blog-chat' about art-making and our individual approaches to creating. Along the way, you will be able to see the development of my paintings, past and present and see how they came about. I am thankful to Fiona for inviting me to chat as it has helped me think about why I paint what I paint.
